அதே போல கடந்த காலங்களில் திருநங்கைகளை கொலை செய்த கொலைகாரர்களுக்கு தண்டனைகள் வழங்கப்படவில்லை, பல கொலைகாரர்கள் ஜாமீன் பெற்று சமூகத்தில் சுதந்திரமாக சுற்றித்திரிகிறார்கள். அந்தக்கொலைகளை தாமதமின்றி விசாரித்து விரைவில் கொலைகாரர்களுக்கு கடுமையான தண்டனை வழங்கி தீர்ப்புகள் வழங்கப்படவேண்டும். மேலும் திருநங்கைகளை பொருளாதார ரீதியாக, உளவியல் மற்றும் உடல் ரீதியாக துன்புறுத்துபவர்களும் கடுமையாக தண்டிக்கப்படவேண்டும்

திருநர்களை பாதுகாக்கதான் திருநர் உரிமைகள் பாதுகாப்பு சட்டம் இருக்கிறது. ஆனால் நாட்டின் பல்வேறு மாநிலங்களின் காவல்துறை இதை முழுமையாக அறிவதில்லை. காவல்துறை இனியும் மெத்தனப்போக்கை கடைபிடிக்காமல் நிலுவையிலுள்ள வழக்குகளை முறையாக விரைவில் விசாரித்து நீதிமன்றத்துக்கு அறிக்கை சமர்ப்பிக்க கடுமையாக வலியுறுத்துகிறேன்.
