She is an inclusion catalyst who has transformed world renowned corporate workplaces with her exceptional workshops and speaking engagements.  She has spoken on Diversity and Inclusion at a number of global corporations including Facebook, Adobe, Bosch, Warner Bros Discovery, Walmart, Google, Goldman Sachs, Cognizant, Accenture, Saks Fifth Avenue, AstraZeneca, GEP, Moodys, ThoughtWorks, SAP Labs, Allianz Technologies, PhonePe, AGS health, Avantor, Zebpay, Guardian, IHG Hotels, Myntra, Micron, Deloitte, Indigo, UKG, Synchrony and more. She was an invited speaker at Harvard, Yale, Cornell, Rutgers, UPenn and CalState Universities in USA and at University of British Columbia in Canada.

In 2022, Kalki was invited to Las Vegas USA by Out & Equal to speak at the Global Workplace Summit. She spoke on ‘The Art of Being Queer – A lens for Inclusion’. In November 2023, Kalki Subramaniam was invited to Google USA to deliver a speech on the Transgender Day of Remembrance. She spoke at the Google Venice office in California. She also spoke at the University of California Northridge during her visit. In March 2024, she was invited by the University of British Columbia, Vancouver, Canada to speak on Gender Identity and Sexual Orientation. On Women’s day 2025, The Hindu Group awarded Kalki with the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Champion Award.

Kalki offers different DEIB sessions for organizations depending on the needs of the client. Without diversified inclusion, there is no growth.
